Live Auction BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS

P&A is providing Absentee Bidding as a convenience. If you are unable to attend the auction, you may make arrangements with us to place your bid for you using the Absentee Bid Form. We must receive your form by Thursday, April 29. It may be e-mailed, faxed, mailed or personally delivered to us:

Absentee bidders must provide complete contact information, a credit card number and an opening and high bid for each item. You may list several items on the form and leave special instructions if, for example, you want to bid on subsequent items only if your bid does not win the first one.

If there are two bids of the same top dollar amount, the first one received will take precedence. If any dispute arises, the auctioneer shall have discretion to settle it and/or rebid the item.

We will open the bidding for you. Should there be competitive bids, we will raise your bid in increments established by the auctioneer up to your high bid. We will make every effort to execute any special instructions on your behalf. On-line descriptions and/or photographs of items are provided as a convenience to potential bidders, but P&A does not warranty such information. Items may be withdrawn before sale. P&A does not guarantee your bid and is not responsible for any errors or omissions regarding absentee bids. Your credit card will be charged on April 30 if you have been declared the successful bidder on an item.

We will contact you only if you are the successful bidder. If your item includes a certificate or printed information, materials will be mailed to you. Arrangements for the pickup of any other items from P&A's Columbia office should be made by May 19th.
