Although it is rare, emails may be “lost” and not received by us. Also, we use a filter to protect against “spam” email. If you send us an email and do not receive a response within two working days, please re-send your e-mail or CALL us. In SC, our toll-free numbers are 866 275-7273 (voice) and 866 232-4525 (TTY). Our central office number is 803 782-0639.
Caution: Sending an e-mail to P&A does not mean P&A agrees to represent you. Before accepting a case, P&A first has to check to see:
If your problem involves two or more individuals with
disabilities, do NOT send any documents or specific information in your e-mail.
Example: There is a problem between your child who receives special education
services and another student in the special education class.
P&A may already be assisting the other child.
If so, we will try to suggest other places where you may get help.
