Public Notice About The Client Assistance Program
The Client Assistance Program (CAP) in South Carolina helps individuals know their rights about services from the SC Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and Independent Living Centers.
The CAP program is currently operated by the SC Department of Administration through its Office of Executive Policy and Programs.
